Shining Cliff Dry Gin 70cl
Shining Cliff Dry Gin is created from scratch and bottled at 45% ABV, White Peak Distillery's Shining Cliff Original Gin is distilled in a 650 litre copper pot still (called Betty), using the vapour distillation method, which preserves nuances found in more delicate botanicals.
Crafted from thirteen botanicals including rose hip, bilberry & local mayflower. This original Gin is delicately infused using vapour distillation to create a savoury, perfectly balanced Derbyshire dry gin. Vapour distillation in our copper still helps to develop a smooth, complex and balanced spirit.
Serve with premium standard tonic and garnish with orange peel, orange slices and/or bay leaf.
The look and feel for the range of Shining Cliff Gin is a reflection of the history and heritage of the location. The old entrance sign to the ancient woodland has influenced the label font and the Victorian flourishes give it a sense of place, linking it to the Wire Works of the 19th century where the gin is now made.
